Seamflow provides AI-enabled workflow automation software for organisations in the Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) sector. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information collected through our website and business operations.

For data processed on behalf of paying customers within our platform, the Customer Agreement and Data Processing Addendum (DPA) govern and take precedence over this Policy.

  • demo interests, communication preferences.
• Technical information:
  • IP address, device/browser type, pages viewed, cookie and analytics data.

  • emails, support messages, form submissions.
• Recruiting:
  • CVs and related application details if you apply for a role.

B. Seamflow Platform (Customer Environments)

Customer data processed within paid environments is handled strictly under the Customer Agreement and DPA. The DPA controls in all cases.
